The 7th Annual SCP/UR Backpack Music Festival will be held @ New Center Park in Detroit’s Midtown onSaturday, August 4 and Sunday, August 5, 2012 Event times for BOTH days are: Noon (12pm) to Midnight (12am) ALL AGES WELCOME!
The price of admission with the donation of a Backpack and school supplies is $10.
Without these items the cost of admission is $20.
For Children 6-12 years old, the price of admission is $5.
Children 6 and under are Free!
This year will be BIGGER than ever! Infusing the community with electronic music, visual arts, civic duty, and Detroit pride! SCP/UR-Backpacking For Success will collaborating with the founders and innovators of electronic music:

As an educator of Detroit residents I thank you so much for hosting an event like this. The children will really appreciate all of the wonderful gifts that are donated to them.
