The 5th Annual Detroit House Music Picnic returns this July as part of the ongoing “Backpacking For Success” program sponsored by SCP Michigan. Expanded this year to a 2 day Event – Saturday, July 24 and Sunday July 25, 2010 – the Picnic feature an All Star Line Up of some of the hottest House Music DJ’s in Metro Detroit, plus special guest DJs from Chicago, New York, and beyond.

This free event for the entire family also feature games and activities for the kids (and adults). Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Grills, Food, and Beverages but some of the official sponsors of the Picnic will be providing goodies.

Attendees are asked to bring a Backpack filled with School Supplies that will be donated to need Detroit Area School Kids in the Fall.
